A 7 Star Energy Report certifies the thermal performance of a residential design using accredited Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS) software and provides the documentation required for a construction permit, including an energy certificate and stamped plans. The minimum performance for new homes has now moved from 6 to 7 stars in all Australian states and territories.
